99ok Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules & Player Agreement

1 Introduction

Welcome to 99ok ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 99ok, governing your access to and use of the online sports betting and casino services available at 99ok.ws and any associated subdomains or applications.

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or accessing any portion of the 99ok platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the 99ok platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts — including accounts registered under different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, pending balances and winnings will be voided, and any active bonuses will be cancelled without compensation.

2.3 Registration Information

When registering your 99ok account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Your legal full name as it appears on your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID)
• Your date of birth

• A valid, personal email address

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

99ok is designed for and primarily targeted at players located in Bangladesh. 3 Account Security & Verification

3.1 Account Security

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.4 Payment Method Matching

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified 99ok account. You may not withdraw funds to a third-party account, a mobile wallet registered in another person's name, or a bank account that does not match your KYC-verified identity. 5 Betting Rules

5.1 Placement and Acceptance of Bets

Bets are not accepted until full confirmation is received; any technical interruption between bet placement and confirmation means that the bet has not been accepted and no funds will be deducted.

5.3 Void Bets

A bet may be voided (cancelled and stake returned) under the following circumstances:

• The event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled and not replayed within 36 hours of the original scheduled start time
• An obvious pricing error was made by 99ok at the time the bet was offered
• The bet was accepted after the event had already concluded (late bet)
• The player was using fraudulent funds, bonus abuse techniques, or arbitrage strategies in placing the bet

5.4 Live Betting

Live in-play betting is offered on selected events including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, bilateral internationals), volleyball (FIVB events), and other sports. Live odds are updated in real time and may be suspended at any point during an event at 99ok's discretion. 99ok accepts no liability for disruptions to live betting caused by data feed outages, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or force majeure events.

6 Casino Game Rules

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 99ok platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game interfaces, and software — is the property of 99ok or its content and technology suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The 99ok name, logo, and domain are registered trademarks of the platform operator.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 99ok platform for its intended purpose of personal entertainment. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 99ok platform without prior written consent from 99ok.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99ok's total liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
